What is Women Build?
The Habitat Horry Women Build program recruits, educates, and encourages women to build and advocate for decent and affordable houses in our community!
Join hands with hundreds of women across the Grand Strand to fully fund, fully build a home for a local woman!
How does it work?
Women volunteers from all walks of life work together to raise the funds and raise the walls for the entire Women Build project. This year, through sponsorships and fundraising, we will work together to raise $100,000. We will also recruit and encourage all of our female volunteers to get out on the build site and put female power into this home!
Back again this year - Every dollar raised is being matched up to $20,000 by this year’s presenting sponsor – CRG Companies!
Timeframe:
We will kick off Women Build 2025 in February and run through October.
