Habitat Expands Maintenance & Repair to Include Aging in Place Program

Did you know? We have extended our Maintenance and Repair program to include an Aging in Place (AIP) program. The AIP program partners with homeowners who are 65 years and older to help them age safely in their home.

Recently, Neighborhood Revitalization partnered Ms. Elizabeth Holoman who received a new HVAC system. She is a longtime resident of the Booker T. Washington neighborhood.

Hilton Grand Vacations Shows Their Support

At the beginning of the month, Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) spent the day helping build Sheprell's future home! Fifteen HGV team members assisted with laying flooring, trim and touch-up work. They also presented us with a generous donation to support Habitat's mission! This was part of HGV’s national partnership with Habitat for Humanity International under its corporate social responsibility program – HGV Serves – to support new home builds and home repair projects in local communities across the country.
