Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Through the establishment of faith, civic and community partnerships, Habitat for Humanity of Horry County empowers individuals and neighborhoods through shelter, transforms through education, and inspires through change.

Each year, Habitat for Humanity of Horry County hosts a golf tournament to raise funds to help support our mission. 

In 2020, the annual event was named in honor of a local volunteer who made a significant impact on the community and the organization – Kelsey McGhee. On August 26th, the golf tournament will continue to honor the memory of Kelsey and her contributions to Habitat.
